BGI has a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with Bristol Infrastructure Design Services, LLC (BIDS) an Alaska limited liability company. The JV is currently under review with the Anchorage, Alaska U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and pending approval as an unpopulated 8(a) JV. The JV is available for use immediately as a small business JV. We anticipate SBA approval of the 8(a) JV by June 2020. BIDS provides a full range of services including civil, transportation, structural, environmental, arctic, and coastal engineering; inspection services; construction project management; and permitting and planning services. The company supports infrastructure projects from logistically challenging rural sanitation and roadway design projects for Alaska villages, cities, and boroughs to comprehensive site design for military and private clientele nationwide.
BGI-GCON is a small-business approved JV. The JV was founded in 2013 based on complimentary business service offerings and a long association between the owners of BGI and GCON. The BGI-GCON JV was formed to provide construction and technical services including a strong focus on project safety to a wide variety of commercial and government clients. Hurlburt also holds licenses in New Mexico for Utility Lines and Systems (GF-09 #365839), Drainage and Flood Control Systems (GF-04 #372847), and Septic Tanks and Sewers (MS-03 #372846).
Eagle Environmental Solutions, LLC (Eagle) is a small business specializing in D&D, decommissioning, design engineering, and environmental remediation. Eagle’s staff has extensive experience in the design of HEPA filtered, negative pressure containment systems including hot cells, glove boxes, and glove bags.
Pajarito Scientific Corporation (PSC) provides specially trained and qualified personnel with extensive knowledge and expertise within the nuclear industry to support clients in a variety of technical areas. PSC provides key technical support for nondestructive assay equipment. This includes commissioning, Material Control and Accountability (MC&A) certification, Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) certification, extension of calibration, development of technical review criteria, development of operating procedures, and on-site personnel training.
