Zeferino Banda III is the Vice President of Safeguards and Security for BGI and is responsible for the overall operation and management of technical programs nationwide. His responsibilities include managing the direction, coordination, profitability, and growth of BGI’s technical services portfolio. He has extensive experience with various government agencies such as the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. He has been a member of the BGI team for 11 years and is knowledgeable in operational management, training, scheduling, and personnel coordination. Before joining BGI, Mr. Banda served in the United States Navy Reserve for more than 8 years and was deployed to Combined Joint Task
Force-Horn of Africa.
