Kyleen DeMember is BGI’s Director of Human Resources (HR) and plays a key role in planning, organizing and executing HR programs. Her responsibilities include a wide variety of HR related duties including talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee retention, and development. Mrs. DeMember has extensive experience in Construction and HR Management with emphasis in employee relations, HR operations, policies and procedures. She is proficient in developing organization and company culture and she has served as the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Officer for over a decade, forming bridges with employees and company initiatives.
Mrs. DeMember is instrumental in streamlining HR processes to accomplish business goals and advance the company’s vision.
