John Geren, Director of Client Services, has over 22 years of experience environmental, health, and safety management with over 32 years of experience in training and developing curriculum for health and safety matters. Mr. Geren oversees BGI’s commercial region and is responsible for managing projects for high-tech clientele. He has been a part of the BGI Team since 2006 and has been instrumental in cultivating our strong safety culture.
Mr. Geren has developed and implemented world class safety programs on multiple large-scale construction projects. He has delivered site-specific safety training curriculums and new contractor orientation for a number of clients and projects including training over 20,000 employees and construction contractors in safe working practices and protocols. He is the author of a trademarked P.A.U.S.E. (Plan and Use Safety Everyday) workshop which uses a combination of behavioral based safety, leadership, and management techniques to reduce jobsite risk and implement incident free project performance. As Director of the Commercial Region, Mr. Geren is responsible for the growth and success of all BGI’s commercial clients.
