Mr. Lockhart, a licensed Professional Engineer, has over 37 years of engineering and project management experience, including over 10 years of program management experience. He has managed interdisciplinary teams on environmental consulting and remediation projects and programs including natural resources studies; cultural resource/heritage surveys; environmental investigations including geological, geophysical, and geothermal investigations; groundwater investigations and conceptual site modeling; soil investigations; environmental chemistry data investigation, management, and interpretation; human health and ecological assessments; UXO/MEC surface clearance and other actions working closely with regulatory agencies. Mr. Lockhart has managed characterization, remediation, and decontamination and demolition (D&D) throughout the DOE complex including Los Alamos National Laboratory, Idaho National Laboratory, Hanford Site, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the Nevada Test Site, and Rocky Flats Environmental Test Site and for the Naval Reactors Nuclear Propulsion program. He has been responsible for the design, fabrication, testing, and implementation of equipment, including hot cells, glove boxes, pressure vessels and transportation casks for DOE sites. Mr. Lockhart has also managed characterization and remediation projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Cannon, Holloman, and Kirtland Air Force Bases and the Fort Wingate Depot Activity in New Mexico.
